Through the years, I developed a love, appreciation and spiritual connection to the Maine landscape. Nature gives me inspiration and balance. It is at the core of my art as a visual artist who exhibits regularly. Growing up I was connected to the outdoors by family activities. I have done the same with my children. As former board President of the Trust, I aspire to conserve the landscape for all living on the Peninsula now and in the future. I want to protect the natural habitat for our health and for the presence of wildlife. Our landscape is our common ground.
Mary has also served as President for Blue Hill Heritage Trust’s Board of Directors.
