Volunteers play a vital role in helping us

carry out our mission.

Volunteer Steve Titcomb helping Associate Director, and Head of Stewardship, George Fields in removing a 118 foot down pine over our Parker Point to South Street Trail

We invite you to join us.

If you are interested in helping out please send us an email us to info@bluehillheritagetrust.org to put your name on the volunteer email list, or call the office at (207) 374 5118.

Volunteers share their talents in many ways, including monitoring and maintaining trails, participating in events, serving on our committees and helping out around the office. As a small, community-based nonprofit, we rely on the generous support of volunteers.

In the summer months, our big volunteer days will be posted on our facebook page . Want to know what is going on this week? Just call!

Blue Hill Heritage Trust relies on volunteer power and community support to fulfill its mission.  We could not achieve our goals without the amazing people who volunteer their time and talent.

Last Year, our stewardship volunteers maintained over 25 miles of public access trails all over the Peninsula.  Volunteer presenters, leaders, and assistants helped us to provide dozens of community outreach programs and events.  And volunteers served on our Board of Directors and 9 Trust committees throughout the year.

Our deep gratitude to the following volunteers for their countless hours of dedicated service last year:
