
Brooke MacDonald is a lifelong Mainer who first moved to the Downeast region in 1999. She fell deeply in love with the rugged coastline and has since devoted her professional life to environmental education and conservation in the area. Brooke received a B.A. in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic and an M.S. in Ecology in Environmental Sciences from the University of Maine. In her spare time Brooke enjoys activities like hiking, bicycling, birdwatching, and skiing. She also loves crocheting, watercolor painting, and spending time with her husband Logan and dog Toby.
