Norm is an attorney practicing in the fields of international transactions and antitrust law. He is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA and JD from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an LLM in Trade Regulation from New York University. Norman has law firm and federal government experience and has been vice-president and chief counsel of a major specialty chemicals company and general counsel of the country’s largest dialysis provider. Norm and his wife, Maryann, live in New York City and Brooksville. They enjoy sailing, hiking, and cross-country skiing — and share a commitment to conservation of the natural environment.
Norm has also served as Vice President and President for Blue Hill Heritage Trust’s Board of Directors.
